As you probably know I love floral nail art so this month’s box is right up my alley. With that said, my first design had to be a floral one! I used stamping plates MXM025 and MXM026, stamping polishes Luna and Greenhouse (from this month’s box) together with Straight up black, Tulip julep and Maui gold. The sheer base is Halo from Cienna Rose.

For my second design using the February box I went for the butterfly and floral image on MXM026. The sheer pink base is OPI Bubble bath, and I stamped with Straight up black and filled in the images with two holographic polishes from Painted Polish; Haute Parisian nights and From the pier, with love. They turned out so sparkly and pretty!

I usually make two designs per box but since this month’s surprise item was an extra stamping plate I had to make a third design using that plate. For this dry brush/geometric design I used M119, MXM026, Luna, Greenhouse and Straight up black.

UberChic Beauty Love & Marriage 5

Valentine’s Day is just a few days away so I wanted to show you some designs that I’ve made with UberChic Beauty’s latest Love & Marriage stamping plate.Love_and_Marriage-05_1105x

The first design I made is a mix and match of a few images from the stamping plate. The heart dots are one of my favorite images on this plate.

The heart shaped lips called for some pink nails, so I decided to pair a light pink base with bright pink stamping on top!

It wouldn’t be a Love & Marriage plate without a little lace! Here I used UberChic Beauty’s newly released stamping polish She wolf over a light pink base.

ManixMe January | Heartbreaker

Today I have Maniology’s January ManixMe box to show you, and for those of you who don’t know what it is – it’s a monthly nail art subscription box! Each month has a different theme and the box consists of 2 exclusive stamping plates, 2 stamping polishes plus a surprise gift (e.g. a brush, stickers, foil, powder). January’s Heartbreaker themed box is inspired by vintage tattoos.

This month’s box contains two vintage tattoo inspired stamping plates, stamping polishes Skin deep and Cherry bomb and cuticle tape (that are almost to pretty to use).

If you have followed me for a while you know I love floral nail art, so when I saw the roses on one of the plats I immediately knew what to create! For this design I used stamping plate MXM023, polishes Skin deep and Cherry bomb, all from the box. I also used Straight up black for the outlines and Hit the bottle I dream of greenie to fill in the leaves.

For my second design I wanted to do a tattoo inspired design. I used stamping plate MXM024 and polish Skin deep from this month’s box together with Straight up black and filled in the images with polishes from Swedish nail polish brand Depend Cosmetics new spring collection called Marbled.

ManixMe December | Absolute gem!

Today I have Maniology’s December ManixMe box to show you, and for those of you who don’t know what it is – it’s a monthly nail art subscription box! December’s Absolute gem! themed box is inspired by metal and gemstone jewelry.

This month’s box contains two stone textured stamping plates, stamping polishes Turquoise and Pewter plus a Rose quartz stone palette.thumbnail_u3-np-mxm021 to 022_l19-002

For my first design I used all the items in the box, and I went for a turquoise stone inspired design. I also used Maniology’s polishes Straight up black and Coconut and nail art foil Lustre.

The second design I did was inspired by metal and stone jewelry. I used stamping plate MXM021, stamping polishes Delirium for the grey marble and Straight up black for the outline. The gold stamping polish is Whats up nails Go for gild, white is OPI Alpine snow, and the base color is OPI You’ve got that Glas-glow.

UberChic Beauty Fall launch week 2019

Hi everyone, today I have something exciting to share with you! UberChic Beauty is launching a bunch of new products (not only stamping plates) that will be available August 31 (today!). To make things fun they showed previews of a new product each day leading up to the release day.

Keep scrolling to see all products being released this week, my swatches and nail art plus info about an awesome launch offer!

Day 1: Hello fall & pumpkin spice

Skärmavbild 2019-08-27 kl. 10.50.37

Hello fall & pumpkin spice is a perfect fall stamping plate! I love all the lettering images, and you can either use them on their own, combine them with some of the other images on the plate (like the cups or pumpkins) or why not use them together with fall favorite stamping plate Lovely leaves or even some fall themed nail vinyls.

Day 2: Football is life

Skärmavbild 2019-08-28 kl. 12.03.39

Fotball is life is an American football themed stamping plate. Not being American I don’t know much about football, but then again I’m not very interested in sports, so maybe I wouldn’t have even if I was American. Anyway, I’m sure that this plate will be appreciated by football fans and be perfect for Super Bowl nails!

Day 3: Limited edition holo nail polish

Skärmavbild 2019-08-28 kl. 18.06.41

Ghouls just wanna have fun and Electric Pumpkin are UberChic’s first ever nail polishes! Both polishes are 7-free and cruelty free! These are limited edition, so once they sell out they won’t be re-made. In the pictures below I’m wearing two coats plus top coat.

Day 4: Lovely leaves 4

Skärmavbild 2019-08-29 kl. 18.03.07

Lovely leaves 4 is the newest addition to the Lovely leaves family. The plate consists of a bunch of leaf patterns, a cute fox, some fun sayings and layerable leaves. Lovely leaves are my go-to stamping plates for fall, so I’m so happy to see this new addition!

Day 5: Halloween 5

Skärmavbild 2019-08-30 kl. 18.36.11

The Halloween series gets a new addition, Halloween 5, and this stamping plate is a must for any Halloween enthusiasts! We don’t really celebrate Halloween in Sweden and I don’t dress up, but I do love making Halloween themed nails during October. So I think you will be seeing more of this plate in the near future.

What are your thoughts on this epic fall launch? Will you be getting any of these products? My favorites among these products are Hello fall & pumpkin spice and Lovely leaves 4!

All products will be available at 10am MST (18:00 CET) and they will have a site wide sale for three days! Until Sept 2 you get 15% off all products on their website using the code HAPPYFALLYALL.

ManixMe August | Mosaic

Today I’m going to show you Maniology’s August ManixMe box, and for those of you who haven’t heard of it before – it is a monthly nail art subscription box! Each month has a different theme and the box consists of 2 exclusive stamping plates, 2 stamping polishes plus a surprise gift (e.g. a brush, stickers, foil, powder). There’s also an express kit version that consists of 2 stamping plates plus a surprise gift. With your first box or kit you get a free stamper and scraper set ($10 value).

Get $5 off your first ManixMe box using the code Hanninator10 (the code also gives you 10% off all regular priced items on www.maniology.com)

August’s Mosaic themed box is inspired by Middle Eastern art and architecture. I love Moroccan/Arabesque patterned nails, so I was really excited to get this box.

For my first design I used both polishes, the nail foil, and one of the plates included in the box. I probably wouldn’t have chosen this color combination if these polishes had not been a part of the box – but I’m so loving it and it’s giving me fall vibes! I also used Coconut from Maniology as my base polish for this design.

For my second look I used the other stamping plate and colors that I would have typically used for tiled inspired nail art. I’m going to be honest, the finished design did not turn out like I had in mind, but I still like it! For this design I used Maui Gold, Ducky and Blue glue all from Maniology.

Since the August box is no longer available I though I’d give you a peek of September’s Hocus Pocus themed box. I hope I will be able to create some looks with the September box while it’s still available, but unfortunately international shipping is very unpredictable and takes some time… sometimes way longer than it should.

Aspen tree nails + video tutorial

Hi everyone! Autumn is slowly approaching (at least in Sweden) and the leaves on the trees have started to change color. Even though I prefer summer I’m kind of looking forward to the new season. It’s so beautiful when the leaves change color and start to fall from trees. One more thing I like about fall is the fall themed nail art! I love making leaf nail art designs.

Today I’m going to share with you my first leaf nail art for the season and I hope you like them as much as I do!

The base for this design is Essie Midnight sun and I stamped the threes using UberChic Beauty’s new Lovely leaves 3 stamping plate together with Glow upVibin’LitSauceySubtweet and No filter from Twinkled T. I finished off the design with my new favorite matte top coat from Glisten & Glow (called Matte top coat). Their Matte top coat instantly became a favorite because it dries very matte and it doesn’t dry streaky like some matte top coats tend to do.

I always have a hard time deciding between glossy or matte finish, so I had to take photos of the glossy version too! Which do you prefer, matte or glossy?

Check out the video tutorial for this design below!

UberChic Beauty Moroccan Beauty

A while ago UberChic Beauty released Moroccan Beauty, a stamping plate with Moroccan themed patterns.

Morrocan-Beauty__39467.1529197431

Moroccan patterned nails was one of my favorite designs to make when I first stared doing nail art, and it still is (I just don’t do them as much now because I have so many other thing I want to make – oh the struggle). Back when I got in to nail art I only had Moroccan nail vinyls so I could pretty much only change the color combinations. With this plate there are so many more options for Moroccan nail art designs!

So far I’ve made three nail art designs with this stamping plate and I know that many more will come in the future.

20180729_120012070_iOS

The first design I made using this stamping plate is inspired by Moroccan tiles, and I love how it turned out! Since there are many small details it took some time to fill in the images. So it’s not a design that you make everyday, but I do enjoy it when I have the time. It is a bit like a coloring book, except I color in stamped images and put them on my nails!

20180802_132010625_iOS

20180817_161649256_iOS

The second and third designs are both stamped over gradients. I chose patterns with a lot of open spaces to let the gradients shine trough.

What nail art design you you make with this plate? Please let me know in the comments!

Bundle Monster Around the world 2

Today I’m going to show you nail art designs that are inspired by different places of the world! I recently received Bundle Monster‘s Around the world 2 stamping plate collection and I really enjoyed creating these design with the plates.

I used black and white stamping polish from Bundle Monster to create these designs. They’re available as a duo, or to purchase individually. If you’re wondering about any of the other polishes I used, feel free to ask about them in the comments below.

I chose the rainy clouds for my design using this plate, because right now we could use some rain. I live in a very rainy city, but this summer has been so hot and we’ve barely had any rain at all, so let’s hope this design helps with that 😉

I think I changed my mind about ten times when I was going to decide what pattern to use on this plate. As you know I love florals, and this plate have a few to choose from. I’m very happy with the end result, but I think I need to revisit this plate soon again!

Moroccan inspired nails have been one of my favorite designs for such a long time. It looks good in any color combination, but my favorite is dark fall shades combined with gold details.

When I saw this plate I knew I wanted to use one of the aboriginal inspired patterns. First I thought about mixing the patterns and make each nail different, but in the end I decided to only use one of them.

Stamping plates and stamping polish used for these designs are available on www.bundlemonter.com.

If you had these plates what nail art design would you create, and did you have a favorite out of these five designs?
