BeautyBigbang Chameleon flakie polishes

Hey everyone! Sorry it’s been so quiet here on the blog! I’m just super busy with work right now and don’t have as much time for nails as I wish I had. Anyway, a few weeks ago I received a big parcel with a bunch of polishes from BeautyBigbang and today I’ll be showing you their flakie chameleon polishes. Hopefully I can show you the other polishes soon.

The last polish is ‘010’ that shifts from yellow to green. Here I’m wearing three coats plus top coat.

I applied these polishes over “bare” nails, but you can also apply them over a black base for a more scattered look. I think I prefer them like this, because they glow so beautifully on their own!

The polishes are available in a set of five (you can find it here) or individually. You can use my code ‘HANNA’ for 10% off your order on www.beautybigbang.com.

BeautyBigbang Stamping polish

Hello guys! Today I will show you a bunch of stamping polishes* that I received from BeautyBigbang a few weeks ago.
I get a lot of questions about stamping and one thing that I have found that really helped me is switching to stamping polish! You can stamp with regular polish too, but not all polishes work, and they are definitely not as opaque as stamping polish. I also find that stamping polish is a lot easier to pick up from the plate. So, if you have trouble stamping, I suggest you invest in some stamping polish. And for $3,59 per bottle these stamping polishes are a pretty good deal!

I used the same stamping plate for all the swatches, it’s also from BeautyBigbang and you can find it here. Now, let’s take a look at how these polishes look stamped over black and white.

White stamping polish 007, SKU: J6415TM-7A. I’m super impressed with how well it covers over black! No milky white polish here, as you can see it’s super opaque!

Black stamping polish 002, SKU: J6415TM-2A. It’s very black and opaque!

Blue stamping polish 001, SKU: J6415TM-1A. I love the way this frosty royal blue polish looks over the white base! Since the polish is so dark, it doesn’t show up that well over black.

Gold stamping polish 011, SKU: J6415TM-11A. This is the perfect gold shade, and I just love the way it looks over darker shades!

Silver stamping polish 008, SKU: J6415TM-8A. This polish is a little different from the others, it’s formula is much thicker and it smells a bit odd, but it still works great! I’ve actually noticed this in other silver stamping polishes too, so it must have something to do with the silver shade.

Grey stamping polish 009, SKU: J6415TM-9A. It covers really well over black for being such a light grey shade.

Purple stamping polish 012, SKU: J6415TM-12A. I’m also very impressed with how well this purple polish covers over black. It’s a super cute shade that I think will be very useful for spring manis.

Pink stamping polish 010, SKU: J6415TM-10A. It’s a lovely pink shade that I’m happy to add to my collection. It will be perfect for floral nail art!

I had no problem picking up any of the polishes from the stamping plate and I found them very easy to work with! BeautyBigbang have four more shades (yellow, red, green and brown) that I don’t have, but need to get. I really hope they will offer more shades in the future!

Nail mail from BeautyBigBang

About a week ago I got some new products from BeautyBigBang to test and review. I really liked the iridescent flakes I got from them last time, so this time I wanted to try some of their opaque fakes along with some unicorn powder and confetti glitter.

This confetti is called J1329-3C and it will make your nails ready for a party in no time! My favorites are the blue and the pink ones. I think this design looks pretty fancy and the best part is that it was so easy to make! I just placed the confetti while my base color was still wet and then applied top coat to seal them in and prevent them from falling off.

How beautiful is this unicorn powder called J2854-3C!? I applied the powder over white regular nail polish and it gives it a cool lime green tone. The powder is very fine and easy to apply, and as you see the result is super shiny! I can’t wait to try it over more colors.

These purple chameleon flakes are called J2106-1C. The flakes are very fine, so it was super easy to get full coverage. Though being so fine also meant that they created a bit of a mess. To clean up any flakes from my desk I just use some regular tape or a lint roller, and you just have to wash your hands to get them off your fingers. I have to say that the mess is worth it, just look how shiny and shifty they are!

The last product I received are these chameleon holo flakes called J2419-3C. As the name indicates these flakes are holo, but unfortunately the sun was not out when I took these pictures so you can’t see the holo. Even if you can’t see the holo these flakes are pretty amazing anyway, they shift between gold, green and blue and are so gorgeous!

Chameleon flakes from BeautyBigBang

Hi guys, today I have some flakes from BeautyBigBang to show you!
A few weeks ago I was asked if I wanted to try some of their products and I said yes. The Chameleon flakes caught my eye, so I chose to try three of their colors.

IMG_1502

The Chameleon flakes are on sale right now for $2.99 (original price $5.99) and you can find them here. Each box contains 0,2 g, and they’re available in twelve different shades.

As you see in the picture above each box of flakes comes with a double sided eye shadow applicator. To apply the flakes you can either use the applicator they come with, your finger, a fan brush or another type of brush.

To get the flakes to really pop and get the most colorful result I’ve applied them over two coats of black nail polish, and they’re topped with a quick dry glossy top coat.

First out are these gorgeous blue to purple shifting flakes called J2443-2A. In some lights they even shift a little bit to green, which you can see on my ring finger in the first picture.

Next up are these purple to green shifting flakes called J2443-3A. Out of the three flakes I got, I think these are my favorites!

And the last flakes I got are these orange to green shifting flakes called J2443-4A. These flakes look like there’re on fire!

IMG_1486

I also tried the flakes over white, and even tough the color shifting isn’t as obvious as over black, I’m totally in love with the result! I think my favorite over white has to be J2443-3A.

IMG_1489

From left to right I’m wearing: 2A, 3A and 4A.

The flakes were really easy to apply and the result is stunning! They shift beautifully in different lights and you wont be able to take your eyes off your nails with the flakes on them.

The application can be a little messy, also be careful when you open the box otherwise you’ll have flakes everywhere. Some scotch tape is really hand to pick up excess flakes around your nails or on your working space. You can also rinse off the flakes on you skin with some water after you’ve applied your top coat.
