Yesterday I had some fun playing around with polishes. I did a water marble which I haven’t done in forever, so it was about time! I wanted it to be colorful and fun so I went for my Cirque Colors Vice shades and I love how they turned out!
First I painted my nails with a white polish, I used Alpine snow from OPI, then I covered my skin around my nails with Simply peel from Bliss Kiss to get an easy clean up. For the water marble I used Plastik, Rehab, Electric Daisy and High Roller from Cirque Colors, and they turned out to be perfect for water marbling! To create the pattern I used the #7 Water marble tool from Pure Color/Whats up nails.
I have a tutorial for this mani which you can see here.
At first I thought about using holo polishes for my water marble, but instead I decided to put a holo top coat over the finished result. So here I used one coat of We Trippy from Cirque Colors and I really like the result.
If you thought I was finished here you were wrong. I’ve seen people stamp over their water marbles with really cool results, so I just had to give it a try. I used one of my new favorite stamping plates, Feeling shapely! 07 from Lina nail art supplies tighter with my favorite black stamping polish Midnight Mischief from Painted Polish. And I’m really digging this look too.
Hope you like my water marble, and I really hope that I’ll marble soon again because it was really fun!
Awesome Nail art!
