Last Christmas I spent many hours looking for a green glitter polish to use for Christmas nail art, sadly I didn’t find any good. I eventually found Running in circles from China Glaze but didn’t get it until January this year, so I haven’t used it for any holiday manis (yet). This Christmas I have a few to choose from but I think that the green I chose for this mani is the most perfect one (and I’m pretty sure you’ll see more of it this Christmas).
The perfect Christmas green is called hercyna, and I used it together with o’hara and bright white, all from piCture pOlish, and Holly nail stencils from Snail Vinyls.
When I was opening my X-mas calendar from Essie I realized that the nails matched perfectly, and it was not intentional.
Earlier this week I got an envelope full of holiday vinyls from Snail vinyls. They will be perfect for my 24 days of Christmas by Hanninator theme. I have already used one of them and I will post that mani later today!
If you wanna get some holiday vinyls too you can buy a variety pack with seven holiday vinyls on their website for $15,99.
How are you today? I’m feeling really nauseous, so I’m staying home from work. Hope I won’t get sick.
For today’s 24 days of Christmas by Hanninator I’ve made Christmas ornaments.
The base for this mani is Pinot Noir from Il était un vernis, the ornaments are made with My favorite ornament from OPI and Ornament stencils from What’s up nails.
This is the first time I’m trying a polish from Il était un vernis, I got a few during Black Friday, and so far I’m impressed. I got some really pretty shades, so I’m sure I’ll like them all!
Come back tomorrow for more Christmas nail art!
December is here and so is 24 days of Christmas by Hanninator! I will bring you new nail art everyday until Christmas Eve.
My first holiday mani is one with tiny gingerbread men.
The base for this design is Nut’n better from Cupcake polish. I stamped the gingerbread men using Alpine snow from OPI, Stamping plate Princess 16 and Crystal clear stamper from MoYou London.
I’m a bit sad that they don’t show up as good as I had hoped, but the result turned out pretty cute anyway. Maybe I should have used a brown creme polish as the base for this design instead of a holo. But Nut’n better reminds me of gingerbread so that’s why I chose this shade.
Come back for more holiday nail art tomorrow!
I can’t believe that it’s already December. It’s the last month of the year and how crazy is that!? This year has gone by so fast! Anyway, here are my favorite manis from November. Can you tell that I’m exited about making winter nail art?
My absolute favorite of these is the last one with the frosty snowflakes.
